We at Eskilstuna Longstay have specialized in renting rooms for long-term housing to various construction companies that often live with us during their projects every month. We know what is important and what is appreciated when you are away from home for longer periods. Therefore, we have done what we can to facilitate and make our guests' stay with us as comfortable as possible, and continue to a sustainable price.

Our rooms are in different sizes from about 10 sqm to about 30 sqm. All rooms are furnished with equivalent furniture. We have different prices for different sizes of the rooms and different people can stay in the rooms depending on size.
The cheapest rooms cost from 6000 SEK / month with everything included (see below what is included). You can choose to live in or share with another person.

All operating costs are included. The room rent includes WiFi, heating, water, electricity, parking, own fridge in the room. Also access to kitchens, showers, toilets, large gym and all other common areas in our facility as a TV room and activity room. There is also a reception with staff on site that helps answer questions etc.

The covers and pillows are in the room, and the tenant gets a set of bed linen and towels when they move in. Some cleaning is included, but all residents must be helped with cleaning in the kitchen after cooking and in their own rooms.
